Day 003 — Encouragement (July 7, 2020)
I almost stopped here.
In those early days, I was still using basic colored pencils on plain paper... no soft or oil pencils yet, just simple materials and a lot of uncertainty.
Then I finished this piece.
My daughter looked at it and said, “Maybe my artistic talent came from you.”
That one comment changed everything.
A little encouragement — just enough to keep the pencil moving.
