Day 054: Glacier Skies

2021-9 I didn’t think much of this one when I finished it. What interested me instead were the colors and the way the forms began to simplify on their own. The mountains could have used more structure, more detail, but this was one of the first times the landscape started to organize itself without me forcing it. I see it now as a turning point. Not because it succeeds everywhere, but because something changed in how I was learning to see.
