Date: 2021-11-17 This piece came at a turning point for me. All the elements were finally in place, and I was learning how to make scenery feel more realistic. Even so, my natural pull toward color was already there. The warmth of the sun lives in the rock, and the reflection carries that heat into the water. Looking back, I see less practice and more promise.
