Date: 2021-10-29 This piece had real potential, but I stopped short of fully completing it. Not from laziness, but from not yet understanding what it needed. A few ripples in the water, more definition in the shoreline trees, and subtle refinements in the clouds and mountains would have made it truly pop. I still feel the temptation to revisit it and fix those things. But this work matters because it marks exactly where I was on Day 071 of the journey. It stands as an honest record of growth, not a revision of it.
